This review is for the piano addition part of our truck load-in, which is reviewed elsewhere. Tyler and his associate were very accommodating in putting our piano on a special dolly, wrapping and taping it, ratchet strapping it to the dolly, and securing it in the truck. I am reviewing this after the piano arrived safely after a 500 mile trip; everything was fine. Nice job Tetris Kings!

Tyler, the owner, personally called me a few times before the move to confirm and strategize our packing day. He arrived with an associate on time, and even delayed an hour for me until it stopped raining. The move was all packing, with four separate groups of items, mostly antique furniture. He wrapped and taped everything very well, and strapped everything securely. I have waited to give this review until everything was unloaded in four locations over 650 miles, including Brooklyn. The delicate a china cabinet, glass table, grandfather clock, piano, and everything else was in perfect condition and I am very satisfied. I liked working with Tyler; he was very accommodating and instilled confidence that the journey in a 20 foot truck would go well. I wish him success in his business!

i hired movers over the past weekend, as they are moving my items one of the 2 hired walks down with two totes, my mirror stacked on top, and another item stacked on my mirror; carrying 4 items that pass his head. As the 2nd mover comes down with nothing in his hands i say i hope my items arent dropped and the 2nd, i assume goes to catch up to him to help, i stay to oversee and the 1st mover drops my mirror. this drop causes my mirror to break. Once the move is completed i unpack my kitchen items and all my dishes are broken. They had heavy boxes stacked on top of them in and out of the truck. There was no care put into the items that were packed in bubble wrap and heavily labeled fragile! And furthermore no care for the overall items simply for the fact that theyre trying to be in and out and done with the job. Terrible experience overall and would definitely not recommend these movers to anyone i know in person or online.
