Did a great job. Would hire again. My only complaint is that they did not call me to schedule a start time. I was expecting a call at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a time. I ended up having to call them the afternoon before the move date. I would have been in a bind if they had not been able to accommodate my requested time at the last minute.

We hired SureTrip to unload 3 uboxes, about 3 weeks before the date needed. They called ahead of time to confirm the date, and then arrived exactly on time, ready to work. The 4 movers were quick and efficient, unloaded the 3 uboxes and got everything into the 2nd floor apartment with no breakage or missing items. They were friendly and pleasant, and we actually enjoyed our interaction with them.
