  • Overall the experience was good. The movers were scheduled to arrive between 9a - 10a and I received a call around 10a saying they were going to be about an hour late due to a vehicle breakdown. This was no big deal as it gave me time to stage more things. The movers were kind and they definitely know how to pack a truck. I've never seen anything tetrised into a space so well. Regarding the level of care for my things, I give them 4 stars. Overall everything was fine, but I did notice one of the movers put their shoes on my bare couch and fridge in an attempt to move it. If I were to need movers in the Buffalo area again I would recommend Hands on Movers.
