• They were very nice and communicated well beforehand but I have to be honest about the moving itself They described themselves as experienced pros yet their loading strategy felt poorly planned They rejected the layout I had prepared but ended up stacking largeheavy items on smaller or lighter boxes with little attention to weight distribution They also said one table should not bear much weight then placed even more weight on it than I had planned Most heavy lifting was done by one person I saw him move and flip a large table alone with the legs dragging on the floor and visibly flexing At unloading both of my tables had damage and one was almost completely loose My unloading movers handled them much more carefully They were kind and professional in communication but if I did it again I would insist on following my own loading plan Tip paid in cash as a tradition

• These folks are absolutely fabulous! They were incredible and got all of our items loaded into our truck quickly and safely. It was like watching magic in real life.
