• The men that were sent to us, James and I can't remember the other guy's name, were HORRID. I don't think they could move a pile of dog doo from the yard to the trash!!! They milked us for time by moving items one by one out of our unit, broke our treadmill and damaged other items, wasted truck space, and were unprofessional. Their appearances were sloppy and James REEKED of beer. We believe he had been drinking while waiting for us to arrive (we were running behind and were late) and he kept tripping over things while moving our items. I'm not sure who was sent to other reviewers, but im going to assume it was not these two. I almost feel like we were lied to by choosing to go with these people based on other reviewers. This is the most pathetic company we have dealt with, ever. It's a shame i can't give zero stars. Please do yourself a favor and use Bright Side. They are on time, professional, and do a good job.

  Movers showed up on time and waited over 90 minutes because you were late. That wait time is billable, as stated in our policy, and could have been avoided if you let us know in advance, but you did not inform us until our movers were already at the storage looking for you. Your move was completed in under the two hour minimum you booked, and nothing was damaged, we have photos to confirm. You were happy with the service until you realized you were being billed for the 90 minutes of wait time. Also, your claim that one of the movers smelled like beer is a bold faced lie, and neither of the movers sent to you is named James. This review misrepresents what actually happened.
