Mrs. Keisha, the owner of Major Movers, and her workers intentionally move slowly to force customers to pay for additional hours. I paid for three hours of service but arrived late due to a U-Haul reroute. The head mover, David, and I agreed they would bring items to the loading dock between 1 PM and 2PM. They started at 110 PM and initially packed the truck quickly, but then slowed down significantly. When I reported this to Keisha, she became irate and falsely accused me of promising to feed the workers. She was extremely combative, preventing me from explaining the challenges I was having with the U-Haul payment system. Keisha began demanding payment for additional hours before they were necessary. For 30 minutes, I struggled with the system while texting Keisha to confirm our agreement, but she did not respond. When I called U-Haul, David insisted he needed to be paid before continuing. Although he initially assured me he would finish the job, he soon demanded $60 hourly.
