MKE MOVING
They came in smelling like weed. Didn’t ask if they should wear booties or ask about stepping on the rugs in my home which happen to be new. They did not seem to be knowledgeable on how to move furniture in and out of a home without damaging pieces. My grandmother’s antique furniture received quite a few dings and scratches that I will now have to repair. They were even shrink wrapped in plastic, so that was very disappointing. When told a better way to move a table, they insisted on their way because they didn’t want to walk around, which resulted in a scratched floor from the furniture piece. Besides that, they were a nice and polite group, however, I feel they didn’t have the qualified skills to properly move furniture. I feel they need better training on how to properly handle furniture as well as safer moving techniques. Additionally, some training on decorum and respect of people’s homes and items being moved would be a plus.
