• This company went to the wrong address initially when dropping off my box, then was entirely unprofessional at drop off. She attempted to disconnect the hitch with no other help, and nearly left me with an unopenable box and without safety features set up. However, that pales in comparison to the fact that she failed to pick up the box, or communicate with any party at all. I texted multiple times, and calls went straight to her full voicemail, so I couldn't leave a message. Uhaul couldn't contact her either, and she's apparently known as a problem causer. She is regularly unprofessional, does a poor job of set up, and now doesn't even do the work at all, apparently. I was left high and dry, with Moving Help refusing to send another company out to make up for their contractor's mistake without my paying an additional $200. I had to purchase equipment and tow the box back to uhaul myself, completely negating the service I paid for.

  I apologize for me being a woman doing a delivery but I backed up your ubox in a tight alley and got in there and did all the things necessary to drop off your ubox , The address i put in had the same address in federal way and I was 10 minutes away from your address , We drop between 11-4 there is no confirmed time . As far as picking ubox I was camping and was planning to pick up after the holiday . We are a very professional company but Judging me being a woman doing the job correctly , which is just unhooking a ubox .

• My service was scheduled for the morning but wasn't able to happen until the afternoon, which is the only issue I encountered. The company was communicative and the movers were professional.

  We do a 11-5 time frame , we apologize for this but their is no set time till we get hitched
