  • Dominic was great. Kevin could use some training on interpersonal interactions as he was borderline disrespectful in tone, gestures and attitude. A few things were broken including my TV stand and I can excuse all of that. However, the connection cord to my recliner is missing thereby rendering it totally useless at this point and I am very very unhappy about this. A big thank you to both Dominic and Kevin regardless. Their service was great, and Dominic kept it lighthearted, kind and respectful. This made a whole lot of difference!
