  • I am extremely disappointed with the moving service I received .My appointment was scheduled for 1 PM, but the movers arrived at 2.30 PM. Poor handling of belongings- My bags, boxes, and furniture were mishandled, resulting in damage. Please find attached photos of the broken furniture. Lack of effort and professionalism-One of the movers spent most of the time on the phone and did not participate in the work. This left only one person actually working, yet I was charged for two movers. Inefficient packing-The U Haul was loaded so poorly that I had to completely rearrange it myself. Incomplete service- Despite paying for three hours of service, only about 10 percent of my belongings were moved by them. I had to move the remaining 90 percent on my own.Unprofessional behavior -The movers attitude was rude and unprofessional, which made the situation even more frustrating.This service was unacceptable, and I believe compensation is warranted given the lack of professionalism, damage
