• The 3 star rating is based on 5 stars for speed, efficiency and being polite but 1 star for communication. When we hired the movers, we stipulated load and unload and wanted the start time to be in the morning for an eight hour job. They were scheduled for a Tuesday, and we sent an email on the previous Thursday requesting a start time of 8 AM, and we asked if that was possible. They never responded to the email. On Saturday we left a voice message regarding the same subject. They never responded to that message. Hoping they might actually arrive about 8 AM on Tuesday, we rented the U-Haul trailer Monday evening. Late Monday they called and first said they would arrive at 1 PM Tuesday. We reminded them the job was for eight hours, and a start time of 1 PM would mean unloading in the dark. Then they said they would arrive by 10 AM but did not arrive until 1145 AM. If we had known they would arrive near noon, we would have waited until Tuesday morning to rent the trailer.

• This company sucks! DO NOT USE! They are not professional and the movers do not show up. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced.
