  • Arrived 2 hours late, damaged stairs and carpet, promised to fix but then demanded money, end up not fixing it. Lake of professionalism, not carrying shoe liner. 2 guys were great, 4 star to them, only if they know more about using proper equipment.

    Thank you for your initial review. We had previously agreed on the use of shoe covers. Following that, I returned to repair the hole, which was a minor issue. You had initially offered to reimburse me for half the cost, but then rescinded that offer immediately after the repair was completed. You informed my team that this project would only require two hours; however, it ultimately extended to six hours. This unforeseen delay necessitated the cancellation of other scheduled appointments, as I was committed to fulfilling our agreement. I provided you with a reimbursement of $90.00, which I believe was more than adequate. I am uncertain if your current concerns are justified, given that the price paid does not warrant such a level of distress. I recommend that for future projects, you consider engaging a larger company and refrain from utilizing this platform again. Your expectations are quite stringent, and your commitments are inconsistent.
