• I had a terrible experience with Josh of Home and Property Services VT. When I called to confirm delivery, he told me that they usually provide unloading services because they don't want to have to leave the U-Box and come back to get it. When I asked if that would be an additional charge, he very clearly said no. When he arrived to my house, he was extremely rude and was yelling at his moving helper because he wasn't able to park the U-Box on my street. Then he told me that he couldn't park it and I would need to get a U-Haul truck, unload the box and reload in truck then unload again. When I said no he was able to park the box without issue. Then he pretended that he was not the person I spoke with on the phone and said he wasn't getting paid for unloading. He lied in order to get extra money, even though he had told me that it was no additional charge. Then when I emailed him he said it was just a miscommunication and sent an invoice which I'd never seen before. Scam.
