They were an hour late and the job took them much longer than expected, which meant it cost me twice the original amount. However they were polite and careful moving items, which was most appreciated.

The moving staff was communicative with any delay to arrival due to weather. They were very friendly. I’d suggest getting more equipment like dollies to assist with a quicker move. However, they did great and didn’t have any issues with broken items or damage to walls or doors.
