Rakeem is a ROCKSTAR! Communication was excellent prior to the job AND after! Would highly recommend him and Freshstart anytime! He and AJ were able to fully load a 26’ truck in 4 hrs top to bottom, front to back! Couldn’t have done it without them!

Great communication and right on time. I appreciated they sent a text the day of to give me their estimated arrival, which was on time with what we had reserved. The two movers were professional and curious and got the job done in the time we reserved. We will use them again when it’s time to move our things out of storage. The industry can be hit or miss but this was a hit. 100 percent recommend and would use again.

The guys finished 45 min. Early and I didn’t see a way to adjust hours. I tipped the guys before they left.
