These guys did not handle my belongings with ‘love and care.’ They were tossing things everywhere. When asked if they could put all the boxes in one room, they said that would be an extra charge and considered ‘unpacking.’ There was also a problem with the payment on the movinghelp side and instead of asking me about it, he blew up my phone accusing me of cancelling the payment. It was like 9-10am and I told him to give me time to get it figured out, but then he showed up at my apartment and went and complained to my leasing office.Completely unprofessional. I will be reporting them and I DO NOT recommend them. What was supposed to be on the cheaper side for 70 per hr (145 total), ended up being $422. I should have just paid more so I’d have better help.
