• First of all they arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes late. No apology just excuses. Once they arrived they started unloading the truck and didn't seem to care about our clients furniture. We are a moving company out of Florida and have been in business over 30 years and do 40-50 long distance moves a year and hire local moving companies to unload the contents of the Uhaul trucks. In all of these moves I have never had a local moving company refuse to unwrap the furniture they have unloaded but the person in charge I believe his name was Reggie refused to do so. . I would never use this company again nor would I recommend this company to do anything related to a moving job.

  Sir, you were hired as a mover to move the customer from Chicago to Gardendale. You booked us and expected us to be there after we were already booked. I notified you on the phone that we were on the, it only took us 30 mins to get to you. After we unloaded your truck, you wanted us to unpack the furniture and put furniture together when you simply only booked us for a load and unload job. Your customer agreed. No we did not damage any of the furniture and handled everything carefully. We have photos from the job and we also have contact with the customer you speak of as well.
