Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
DCS movers were incredibly efficient, cautious and friendly. They arrived a few minutes early to the job and got started right away. They were very thorough packing my uhaul van efficiently and did not have any issues with scratches or damages. They were very friendly during the process as well!
One mover showed up 30 min. late. The 2nd never showed. So the first drove an hour round trip to pick up a new 2nd. Once they finally started, they had NO IDEA what they were doing. After 45 min. they told me all of my stuff would not fit. I looked inside, and they had left the lofted space over the cab empty and essentially lined the floor like a 2D puzzle. I had them take out everything they had done and worked with them, directing them, for the remaining 1.25 hrs. I had to help them figure out what to put where, how to layer, what went up high and what went down load. They had no visual spatial skills. When all was said and done, the mover who had showed up 1st told me it was his 2nd day on the job - he had clearly not received any training. I am not sure the new 2nd was even an employee. When I spoke with the owner he put all the blame on the employee who never showed and told me it was okay that they finished 3 hrs behind schedule. No compensation was offered.
They got there alittle late but they were done in about 2 hours should get a refund for the 3rd hr
