• Hired for 3 hours, took 5 hours to load a 2 bdr apartment into a 20 ft truck with nearly everything prepped and in my living room. They damaged many of my items rough loading and poorly stacking the truck. Hundreds spent to spend hundreds more replacing broken and mishandled items. One of the workers, when told he had missed important items while loading unimportant ones swore at me. They had a manager with them as well and still could not seem to understand the game of tetris involved in moving. After agreeing to allow them to put soft items in one seat of the uhaul, leaving the middle seat for my dog to be safe, they filled the cab of my uhaul with very unsafe items including my large metal framed office chair that was put in lop sided so it kept falling over on me every right hand turn.. I drove from Calgary to Vancouver Island, there was a lot of right hand turns. If there had been an accident I surely would have not made it. Furniture was loaded on the end of the truck. Unskilled.
