• I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Sparkshine movers. They arrived very late, which set of negative tone for the entire move. The crew was not only disrespectful and rude, but they also broke or tour several of my items and left a dirty mess in both of my homes. No booties we’re worn in n a wet day, They were almost an hour late to unload as well with numerous excuses as to why. When I tried to address my concerns, they were dismissive and very unhelpful. I absolutely cannot recommend Spark Shine movers to anyone, ever. My experience Was frustrating and unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and money and look for a more reliable moving company.

• Do not select this moving company. The worst experience I have ever had. They were 40 minutes late to load and almost an hour late for unloading, and have limitless. Excuses as to why. The four guys were disrespectful, rude, and very dismissive of me. No bootees were worn at either location and it was a muddy day, and I had to clean tons of dirt and debris off of the floors and furniture. They broke, tore and cracked more than few items. Although I had ordered 12 moving blankets from U-Haul, they did not use any of them. We decided that we would start unloading the U-Haul because we were tired of waiting and tired of the excuses, and it was almost half empty when they finally showed up. Don’t waste your time with these guys, they are cheap for a reason. I asked for a refund, a partial refund, and was not given one.
