  • Grumpy and a happy guy was decent combo. They were on time and worked hard to finish the loading but didn't like the part that they were walking in the house with dirty shoes. Grumpy guy was on edge of being rude, but happy guy was great.

    Thank you for your feedback. You are absolutely right to point out the delay, and I understand your frustration. If I had been in your position - arriving early and then waiting well past the agreed time - I would not have appreciated it either. Although we completed the unload quickly and handled your items with care, that does not excuse the late arrival or the lack of timely communication on my part. I sincerely apologize for that. I appreciate the opportunity to assist with your move, and I will take your comments seriously going forward, especially when it comes to punctuality and keeping clients updated if delays occur.
