• The helpers were great until I was asked to pay a $60 fee for gas, which was no where mentioned before the moving help was scheduled. The claimed it was their policy but do not have a website and is not mentioned any where on uhaul either, could not even provide with an invoice for the mileage fee and asked me to just etransfer. I paid for a move of 2 hours but the job was done only in an hour 15 mins cause we ended up helping too. I was also told I should be tipping them!! They need to have their charges and policy in place before people can book so it’s not a surprise at the end of the move!!

  Yes our helpers are always great, fast, and respectful. And about the gas and milage it's a commonsense that helpers will charge, and there will be extra charges for extra work other than just loading and unloading, for example assembly and disassembly... it's extra charge which is not mentioned in U-Hall or anywhere else, because with U-Hall you can only book for loading and unloading any extra work has extra charges. And for giving a tip, it's an option for customers and their way of appreciation from the helpers.
