They showed up on time and worked quickly but more care was needed. I discovered they put the mattress in the bag but didn't tape it up, left half the mattress exposed then packed other items in it such that I could not fix it after. They stacked chairs on top of fragile art work and when I asked them to move the chairs they dismissed my concern. Eventually they moved the chairs, but a customer should not have to defend a reasonable request like that. Communications were a bit problematic too. I rescheduled the move a week in advance on the uhaul website. They missed this, and texted me the day before the original date. When I told them I had rescheduled, their response was that I should have let them know directly. None of these should be customer problems to solve.
