  • The mover who showed up, Edem was very proficient, professional & worked hard. He did his part. However, I paid for two movers and Edem was the only one to show up. As a result, and to meet my deadline where I was moving to & maximize the time I had the rental vehicle, I had to move too many items. I paid the full amount since Edem did his job as efficiently as possible and I needed to meet my obligation at the new house. What is the company policy when only one of two movers show up?
