  • The helper and time was changed without me being notified. I ended up with 3 helpers for 2 hours, instead of 2 helpers for 3 hours so everything was rushed so they would get to another job they booked. the furniture in the truck wasn't covered with blankets and I supplied 24 of them, maybe 6 got used so some furniture ended up getting scratched from being stacked on top of other pieces. The guys on the day were lovely people and took control of the move, we could have been more efficient if myself and my husband were able to assist loading the truck.

    The customer is always welcome to help on the load. The reason for the extra charge was due to the extra time needed to complete the move. My apologies for the miscommunication.
