• One guy didn’t show up. We ended up helping the 1st guy to unload the U-Haul. We were not impressed

• The 2 guys that came to do the move were pleasant and hard working. But their employer kept calling them and me non stop during the move which was wasting time. He insisted that I e-tranfer more money to him than what I had paid through u-haul or they wouldn't do the move. He kept calling me for two days straight from different phone numbers threatening me and insisting I send money to him until I got the police involved. The employer was very unprofessional and made whole process very stressful.

• BAD SERVICE WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND! Hello, I have text messages saying that I would receive a 50 percent discount because the service was poor, they were late, they went over the 2 hours when it could have been done faster. Then the gentleman who sent them called me and said he would give me a 50 percent discount after I told them that I was not happy with the service. We then continued to text to confirm the discount I would receive after releasing the payment code. He then said that I will give you a discount but you have to send me an etransfer for a tip and proceeded to send the email. Then he just kept messaging me about a tip, and why would I tip if I was not satisfied with the service provided and already promised a 50 percent discount which I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED. I would like the discount that I was promised and have text messages to back up. That is my review. Please give me my money back. Thank you.
