  • Thanks, Though I would have appreciated it more if you were more available on time. I woke up very early to drive and reach here 30 minutes before you reached to honour the time, How would you feel if I made you wait 2 hours for the work to start?

If I had been in your position - arriving early and then waiting well past the agreed time - I would not have appreciated it either. Although we completed the unload quickly and handled your items with care, that does not excuse the late arrival or the lack of timely communication on my part. I sincerely apologize for that. I appreciate the opportunity to assist with your move, and I will take your comments seriously going forward, especially when it comes to punctuality and keeping clients updated if delays occur.

  • They were done super early. I paid for 3 hours, they only took an hour and a half, they don’t give refunds for money you paid. So just for that reason I don’t recommend this company. Make sure to calculate your hours carefully Because you won’t get the unused money back. Movers were good themselves though
