• I don't know who is scheduling the guys for these jobs, but I informed them I was arriving late the night prior and asked for a 9AM start time a month ago when I booked them. The day before I gey another text to communicate and once again request 9 AM to start so I could rest a bit. I get a text back saying Can you do 7am? Begrudgingly I relent and say I would do 8 AM but no sooner. So I woke up an hour earlier than I planned with 5 hours sleep and they don't show up until after 9 anyway! I had half the truck unloaded by the time they arrived and paid them for a 3 hour job that only took them an hour since it was half done when they got here. The kicker was after they are done I go out to the truck and start putting the dolly and mountain of moving blankets back on the truck and then one of the guys who is watching me do this comes over to me and, instead of helping or saying let me do that, asks for a tip, instead. The movers themselves were otherwise fine.
