On The Ball Moving
Richard (owner) and Joe were punctual, friendly, and efficient. Had good tunes going too. I also appreciated the prompt communication upon booking, rescheduling, as well as the day before the move. Overall, they did a great job loading my stuff into my upsized U-haul and eased all my anxieties about my interstate move. My only complaint is that they were actually too efficient, e.g., they didn't take apart my bed, which caused some issues on the other end, along with a few other cut corners, despite having plenty of time left on the job. Also, a few of the items I didn't shrink wrap acquired some minor dents and scratches during the move, which could have been avoided with more care. That said, everything arrived in one piece, thank you! Tips were provided in person.
