  • Two young teenagers, that clearly had no experience were sent alone to do the job. They were hard working and polite, but caused significant damage to the furniture. They put wood furniture upside down with the top finished surface on the bare metal floor. There were an abundance of furniture pads available, and when I suggested they needed to use them, they clearly did not understand. When I called the supervisor, he told me it was my responsibility to instruct them how to pack properly. Do not ever, ever use Midcoast Moving !!

    no significant damage was mentioned or shown to me or my employees, he said i could come do it again for free at my own expense he gave no direction to how he wanted things packed, they did their best and from the pictures i saw there was no significant damage.
