• Pros...The first contact with the owner was very positive and reassuring, the crew was very polite and worked super hard unpacking our truck. They were delayed by outside circumstances, but communicated often. They got it emptied in record time. Cons...that speed comes with a cost. They can be a bit too fast and rush through, not placing things where asked or stacking boxes in such a way that it takes up a ton of extra space. They also worked independently from one another, moving very unwieldy things on their own. This resulted in some dents and scratches. They even kept reminding the one guy to watch the walls. Finally, I would prefer they not begin the interaction asking for a tip, and specifying cash. Let me decide, don't tell me your expectations. In the end, you are forced to lie to not upset people and that shouldn't be that way. So no, this isn't five stars (which I felt I had to say to get them to leave me alone), but it's fully honest.

• I recently used Keeping It Moving and Lobor for my move, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. CJ and Charles were absolutely terrific, professional, thoughtful, and hardworking from start to finish. They handled all of my belongings with great care and attention, making the entire process smooth and stress free. Their dedication and positive attitude stood out, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. If I ever need to move again, I would 100 percent choose this team without hesitation. Highly recommend.

• AMAZING!!!!!!! So polite, positive, and careful! We have moved 8 times and these are by far the best movers we have ever had. The guys were just so nice and happy to help. I would hire them again and again!
