  Very nice guys but the communication was lacking. Had to call to make sure they were coming the day before and the day of the appointment because they were late. They also showed up to the packing job without any tools to take my beds apart or plastic wrap to wrap the furniture. The ubox also comes with padding blankets and they barely used them. A lot of my furniture was banged on the ground the thumps on steps while taking it out of the house. Again very nice guys but I don’t know if I’ll recommend them for a packing job.

  Zugo and Juan did an amazing job! They were able to do all the heavy lifting under extreme weather conditions in a very fast and efficient manner.
