    These are not professional loaders. They weren't concerned with protecting out house or possessions from damage. They were an hour late and left us with a lot left to load instead of giving us the option to purchase more time. We ended up having to repack the last 3rd of the truck ourselves to secure our $3000 refrigerator and make room for the rest of our stuff. We are 60 and 62, we hired people to load because we aren't able to load ourselves. This company is a clown show!
