If I could give zero stars I would. I hired Moving on Faith through UHaul Moving Help for a 10 AM move. The night before Terrance canceled and moved me to Friday. Friday came no movers no call. They finally arrived over three hours late moved slow ignored the elevator and complained the walk was too far though the truck was right outside. Then they blamed me for not booking longer and made me pay an extra 225 dollars. Terrance promised a 50 refund that never came. As a Black woman who hired a Black owned company I was taken advantage of and treated with no respect or professionalism.
