  Jay Hilo's team came to our rescue when the night before our move Moving express tools cleaning services cancelled on us with almost nightmarish communication!! You can imagine our distress 12 hours before our move, we booked Jay Hilo and that was the BEST DECISION EVER- Great experience working with Josh and Daniel. They were professional, had great attitude, helped optimize the space in our ubox and were great with making adjustments. I would highly highly recommend them for any packing and moving needs. They were real lifesavers and a god send!!

  I booked the service over a month in advance and called them at that time. They were quite professional. I did not hear from them, so I called again a few days before the move and they assured me everything was scheduled and on the books. Once they arrived, they were extremely polite and professional. I was not sure if the 16 foot truck we got was going to hold all our contents, however they assured me that it would. Sure enough, they got it packed so well we had room for our extra suitcases. Nothing shifted during our mountain drive. This was an exceptional team, probably by far the best moving experience I’ve ever had. We had some items that needed to be treated with care and they did! they set th bar very high. I would encourage anybody who is concerned about spending a few extra dollars an hour, that this is very much worth your peace of mind. Thank u super moving brothers !

  Amazing experience! Lorenzo coordinated everything and promised to send his A-team and they absolutely delivered. Kee and Cee were like Jedi. They measured the space, planned everything with precision, and executed the move flawlessly. Fast, professional, and impressive from start to finish.
