Ryan, Tim and the crew were Prompt, Friendly, and Efficient. Highly Recommend. Ryan accommodated our request for a day change due to a funeral, which was very much appreciated! Care was taken with our items during the move. And oh boy, does Ryan know how to pack a truck!!! Very Happy. Thank you Ryan and the crew!
Lacking in professionalism and care for personal property. Watched them throw numerous bags of belongings into the truck including kicking them around. If I didn't volunteer to help lift heavier furniture, it was being dragged along the floor and scratched up. Organization of the packing into the truck was far from ideal. I would caution anyone looking at the 5 star reviews. Take it with a grain of salt. All in all, they did get the truck fully packed. Just not the prettiest or not the most care given to belongings.
Great moving experience! They were professional and did a fantastic job! Would definitely hire them again for any move in the Richmond area!
