Alain and his crew were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us when we ended up needing more than the scheduled amount of time. Alain even called a couple extra guys to come help move things quicker, and fit us into their schedule the following day on short notice to finish the job. Our move took so long through absolutely no fault of theirs (we have too much stuff!) and we couldn’t have done it without them!

Our main contact, Greg, was super communicative right from the start of booking for truck loading only. He made sure to call for details of the move and adivided me on what equipment I would need for packing our Uhaul. Day-of they were on time and flexible with a delayed start time due to issues picking up our Uhaul. They all had great attitudes and were very friendly and efficient. We appreciated how careful they were with packing the truck and strapping everything in. Hiring movers can sometimes feel like a gamble, but I would easily hire Loyal Movers New England again.
