The movers showed up with no dolly. They asked if I had one they could borrow. They dropped my fridge in my driveway - the manager offered me $400 for my $2,700 fridge. They damaged my walls and handrails. The didn’t wrap anything with the packaging blankets so many of my items were scratched and damaged upon arrival.

The 3 man team that showed up were extremely polite and ready to go. The dug right in and got straight to it. We had a few concerns during the process which they stopped and listened to without hesitation and took into account our recommendations and concerns. We are looking forward to working with them again in the near future!!
