  • I called when I booked, told her 9am. Night before same thing, told her 9am. They were 35 min late. I called at 9.13am for an ETA. I booked for 9am! Then 10 minutes in one said I wish I could take a break. And I’m pretty sure he did. Arrived to the storage and the lady said I had 8 minutes left and to purchase another hour since they weren’t done. I used maybe 20 minutes of that hour. Not fair seeing as they were LATE! No courtesy nothing! Then the storage is just off truck, in storage. No coordination. I had to tell them to stack the couch. Oh and I had to watch my purse. All because I said I don’t typically wear them, he was holding it saying he could give it to his mom. Unprofessional! Also wanted my number and IG so could DM me ! I gave 2 stars because they did what they were hired to do and I was on the 3rd floor so thanks for the bare minimum.

    We always strive to provide the best service possible, and we take pride in our efficiency and professionalism. It is disappointing to see a false narrative being shared. This was a load and unload job from a third floor unit, and our crew completed it in record time without any delays in service. Although we did arrive later than scheduled, the time officially began once the first item was touched as clearly stated in our policy. You also requested additional time to complete your unload, and we accommodated that request. At no point did our team stop working or act unprofessionally. Personal interactions with our crew should never be used to influence billing or service expectations. We stand by the integrity of our workers and the job performed. Misinformation about our services is not only unfair but also unacceptable. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you.
