!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT BOOK . Not great at all, accessible is one guy then subcontracts others to do the moving. He didn’t show up morning of move then rescheduled for next day then didn’t show up again. Saying his truck broke down. Thankfully his subcontractors were great who were able to come the second day. Has been stating we’d get our refund for our 3rd person who never came but it’s been over a month. Not sure if he does this to everyone but will avoid.

I apologize for the inconvenience of my truck breaking down. It turned out to be the engine so I no longer have that truck. I paid extra for another team to come out and provide services because I care dearly about my customers. The partial refund was issued, but because it shows as a hold it will fall off of the total balance. It will not reflect on your statement as a refund. Again, my apologies for the inconvenience.
