  • Didn't call me to set up I had to call them to see if they had received the order. Didn't ask if we had any heavy load items when I talked to them them. When they were loading I have a small gun cabinet they needed an extra $150 to load. The company that unloaded didn't have a charge for that service. Also, broke a leg off of one of my dressers and will not reimburse me for the furniture.

  • I had the team load items in Michigan for a move to California. They put unprotected antique dining chairs on top of the U-box contents, which caused them to rub against other furniture and the sides of the box, causing chips and scratches that I discovered when they were delivered. There were MANY extra moving blankets just thrown in the box which could have been used to wrap the chairs. Other items were wrapped as directed, so I don't understand why they skipped the chairs. They were helpful and communicative, but ultimately, having my items arrive in good condition was most important. I'm so disappointed.
