• The movers didn’t know how to speak English at all. So it was very hard to communicate my needs since they didn’t speak the language. I had to use a translator on my phone. They did not pack anything professionally and just threw everything around, and things were falling on top of each other during the move. I mentioned it to them and they said they wouldn’t fix it. They did not take care of my items only about putting in their time and getting paid. They also left their furniture dolly for two days after the move and expected me to keep it safe for them even after I moved out of the house.They did not seem happy that they actually had to move things around and got frustrated with me because they couldn’t understand English.

• The guys were polite and accommodating but I felt like they were milking the clock and the communication could have been better. Not sure I would use again or recommend to anyone

• The two helpers did a good job of moving all the heavy items up and down three flights of stairs from our old apartment to the new one. However, they were a little disorganized and not very efficient with the use of time I had paid for. Overall a good job, but would have preferred more speed and better efficiency. Thanks for the help though.
