    King Tuckers moving and junk removal

    The moving helpers never got in touch with me. I had to reach out to them a couple of days before to check the exact time of arrival. They did not coordinate with U Haul facility for the time of pick up of the U boxes. U Haul called me letting me know they are trying to get in touch with them. Communication was very poor. The night before my move I asked for the time I should expect them, they still could not give me an exact time. They damaged my hard wood floor while carrying my furniture. They were not willing to find a solution or take responsibility for the damage. I would not use their services again.
