    Got an email and text within minutes of booking. I responded with details (as requested) and a request to come a day earlier if available but received no response. I asked again for confirmation of date and time they’d show up and got a single word response, ‘confirm’. They did eventually reply days later and just hours before they were supposed to be there and for what it’s worth they did show up on time. Additionally, they were rough handling our furniture. They were the cheapest option on the U-Haul site, so I guess we got what we paid for.
