• The movers arrived smelling of marijuana and appeared intoxicated. They wore unsafe clothing; one repeatedly adjusted falling pants while carrying furniture, and the other repeatedly stumbled in broken shoes while carrying heavy items. They rushed carelessly, misjudging furniture size and clearance, repeatedly hitting walls, scratching the stairwell, dropping items, and refusing assistance. Their handling damaged my dresser, resulting in an insurance claim. Their truck packing was also unsafe furniture was unsecured, a bookcase was angled to the point it was about to snap, nightstands were stacked on flat surfaces without restraint, fragile boxes were placed on the bottom, wardrobe boxes were laid sideways, and a box of knives was left loose. Although hired for 2 hours, they finished in 70 minutes by sacrificing care. After payment, one mover returned to ask me for a tip, then they loitered outside my apartment for about 30 minutes after informed any tips would be through the app.

• Mike and Dan were professional from the moment they greeted us and introduced themselves. They surveyed what we had to move and packed our U-Haul pod taking great care to protect our items and home from dings and scratches. We had two pods but their experience with packing enabled them to fit all of our furniture and boxes into one pod. When they finished they ensured we were satisfied with how things were packed and secured before they cleaned up any remaining trash created during loading.

• Waited to see the results at the other end of the 500 mile drive. I was very pleased and only had one piece that could have benefited from having a pad on it to protect it better. Other than that, no scratches or anything broken. Great job.
