  They were only scheduled to move a fridge, but the crew arrived completely unprepared, no tools, no straps, and one of them showed up late. On top of that, they caused substantial damage to the property while bringing the fridge upstairs, leaving scratches on the walls and marks on the stairs. I would never work with them again. If a job involves moving a fridge, it should be common sense to come equipped with proper straps and tools. Now its going to cost $500 to repair the damage to the property.

  Jose and his team were spectacular! They arrived on time and even finished a little earlier, which was nice for us since we were hungry for dinner. I even texted Jose the day before asking about last minute changes since we were running behind moving. He was very sweet to provide multiple options and change less than 24 hours before. I would highly recommend them because they were patient, kind, proactive, friendly, and always checked which items to load beforehand. If we move in SoCal again, I would definitely choose them again because they were a great value but also great quality too.
