• Super easy process the entire way. Good communication and excellent service. Went above and beyond to ensure everything was packed correctly and protected. Would use them again and recommend to anyone needing moving help. Top notch!

• Horrible! Nightmare experience. All of my furniture is ruined thanks to the negligence of these movers. They were provided with 24 pads, as well as several blankets of my own, yet they refused to use them. My furniture was carelessly stacked on top of other pieces of furniture with no protection, resulting in all of my furniture being damaged. I asked them no less than 4 times to use the pads and blankets, but they continued not to use them. I’m baffled as to why they refused to use them. They also hustled me out of $20 cash by telling me that U-Haul had given them an incorrect location and that my box needed to be picked up in a different city. They said I had to give them $20 in order to get my box from the different location. My only solace on moving day as I watched my furniture being improperly packed was that I had purchased insurance through U-Haul. But despite acknowledging that the damage was caused by negligent packing, U-Haul says insurance doesn’t cover damage from packing!

  We take customer feedback seriously, but we will not tolerate false accusations meant to manipulate the system for personal gain. Your furniture was not properly packed prior to our arrival, and many of your items already had pre existing damage. Despite being given pads, you failed to provide essential packing materials such as straps and locks, making it impossible to secure your items properly. Most of your furniture was not packed, and you did not paid for packing service. It is clear that you are attempting to scam the insurance company by blaming us for damage that was already present. We will not be used as a scapegoat for fraudulent claims. We stand by our work. We value honest customers and take pride in our services, but we will not allow false claims to damage our reputation.

• Really impressed by Oscar & Blake. They came in, fully-prepared & on time. They didn't waste any time & kicked it off right away. All of our boxes & belongings were moved into our apt. with care & attention given to make sure that everything was in the best room for our intended use. Couldn't recommend them more. Will be calling up Oscar & team the next time we need a move.
