  • I worked with Sutton Movers for a recent move, and overall they did a good job under stressful circumstances. They were on time, worked efficiently, and were flexible when unexpected issues came up, including helping me retrieve something I forgot. They moved quickly and fit everything into a smaller-than-expected storage unit. Unlike previous movers I’ve used, Brains & Brawn, who wasted time on their phones in the middle of the move, (as well as assembling furniture without my request instead of completing the move as quickly as possible), Sutton movers were not idle and got to work right away. The move ran longer than expected, and they accommodated the extra time so I could finish in one day.After they completed the job, I was still reorganizing the storage unit for a couple of hours. During that time, I was asked about the Venmo tip which felt rushed since I was still working in my unit & had to return the truck.They were flexible, on time and accommodating.
