  • It took far longer than expected, and the truck was packed VERY poorly. Our furniture was not protected, and several pieces were horribly scratched or broken. We were also required to have to rent additional storage and leave our items in Santa Clara to have to come back and get at another time. We also did not move any sort of gun storage. We had . . . upfront . . . said we had a piano (which was damaged in the move.) My husband also had to lose another day of work due to this whole situation. Our movers we had hired in Santa Clarita were absolutely dismayed at how our items were packed and protected in the truck, and called it absolutely a horrible job that they might have expected by someone who was doing their first job.

  • These guys showed up at the last minute after another mover cancelled on the day of the move. They did a hard job, but they didn’t complain and got it done on time. You don’t get service like this often anymore. Great work guys.
