• Movers kept changing the scheduled start time, and ultimately we started at the original time after I moved stuff around for them. They appeared tired from the moment they arrived. They packed poorly, only loading the truck halffull in the allotted time. Once at the new location, i discovered several broken items, including an expensive bottle of liquor, an antique mirror which they covered with a packing blanket in my garage and pretended nothing happened to it, my canister vacuum, and a wooden trim piece on the staircase they carelessly bumped into and damaged. Finally, they let my expensive garage took box roll down the ramp, like playing with a childs toy car and a ramp, ending with the toolbox nearly tipping over. No accountability, no effort to improve. I finally had them leave due to the poor performance and dishonesty. I dont feel like I got my money's worth and I think should be refunded in full. I refuse to tip for such service. Last time was wonderful. Disappointed
